Donate in memory of Daniel Tapia-Moscovitch

Daniel was a much-beloved client at Breakaway’s Satellite Clinic, who died this September. His family has requested that this fund be set up for Daniel’s friends and community to donate in his name. All funds will be directed to our Satellite Opiate Treatment Clinic, which provides comprehensive services for those seeking support for their use of opioids.

Many staff and clients at Breakaway knew and loved Daniel, and we are deeply sorry to hear of his death. We are extraordinarily grateful for your support of our work, as we grieve this loss.
