Zoe Dodd is a harm reduction worker in Toronto who used her voice at the Toronto Board of Health to speak on the stress that tragic deaths of clients have on workers. Front line workers are humans beings, and though dealing with the deaths of clients is inevitable in their jobs, they are still deserving of adequate supports to help them with grief and loss.
