Q: Is there a cost for your services?

There are no costs for any of our services however if you’d like to give back to improve our programming, we welcome donations. To donate, CLICK HERE .

Q: Is Breakaway wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Our first floor is wheelchair accessible, and has accessible washrooms. However, we do not have an elevator to access the second floor where most private counselling with the Family and Youth Initiative program takes place. If this is a concern for you, please let your counsellor or client support worker know. They will book a private space on the first floor for your appointment. If you feel that there is room for improvement to make our space more accessible we would love to hear your feedback HERE .

Q: Do I need to have an Ontario health card to access your services?

No, we don’t require a health card for you to access any of our services. Some programs may ask for health card information during intake but you will still be able to use our services if you don’t have one.
